Ken is responsible for sourcing new development and investment opportunities in the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic states. He brings over 30 years of experience to Suncrest, having successfully created and executed corporate real estate strategies for national and private homebuilders, mixed use developers, and private equity firms. Over the past 15 years, Ken has successfully identified, analyzed, and acquired nearly 10,000 acres for future development, deploying over $150M in capital. In the past decade, Ken has successfully negotiated the local and regional entitlement process for over a half dozen projects, gaining approvals for construction. He has knowledge of a wide array of land uses, including retail, rental apartments, office, and industrial, as well as active adult projects and large master planned communities.
Ken received his BA in Economics from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
