Ideally positioned at the southwest corner of I-65 and Kedron Road, the property allows for easy access to I-65 and the employment nodes of Franklin, Columbia, Spring Hill, and Nashville. Recently, Spring Hill was ranked as the 10th fastest growing city in the U.S. and has been one of the fastest growing cities in Tennessee since General Motors opened its largest North American plant in 1990.

In May 2022 GM launched the all-electric Cadillac LYRIQ at its Spring Hill plant and the new Ultium Cells plant is set to open in the fall of 2023, which will produce battery cells to power General Motors electric vehicles and employ over 1,300 people.
