These include joint venture partnerships where Suncrest and the landowners pool their resources, expertise, and capital to develop the property together or option agreements where the landowner collects payments form Suncrest in exchange for enough time to conduct due diligence, planning, entitlement, and engineering initiatives in order to obtain the necessary approvals required to begin development.
