Blue Hickory is a master-planned, mixed-use, residential community in Lebanon, TN. Ideally situated in the South Hartmann Gateway Overlay, adjacent to Lebanon High School, Blue Hickory was designed to create a walkable, relatively urban experience with a combination of commercial uses and quality housing options, designed to encourage pedestrian activity.
The 44-acre property was approved for 29 single family homesites, 317 townhome sites, and approximately four acres or 30,000 square feet of commercial space that will be connected by a network multipurpose pathways and sidewalks.
