The property is approved for 1,100 residential units and will be a vibrant, heavily amenitized master plan community that will offer an extensive amenity package and a wide array of housing options to appeal to a broad range of home buyers. The master plan community will be developed by Suncrest as three separate neighborhoods, the first phase to break ground in the Spring of 2024.
