Since 2010, Buckeye, Arizona has consistently been the 2nd fastest-growing city in America, as it offers residents relatively affordable housing options with great access to new schools, new amenities, and multiple employment centers. Suncrest acquired the property in 2018 and managed all the entitlement and pre-development activity for the community, which was approved for 277 platted single family homesites.

Suncrest sold the entire planned community to Forestar, one of the country’s most active residential development companies.
