Buffaloe Reserve is a 212-acre “inner-ring” master plan community located at the northwest corner of Buffaloe Road and the 540 loop on the east side Raleigh, North Carolina.
The property is just 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh, and 30 minutes from Durham, Raleigh-Durham International Airport, and the massive employment found at Research Triangle Park, commonly referred to as RTP. Buffaloe Reserve is approved for 662 single family and townhome units as well as 18 acres of multifamily. Homebuilder interest in this community is intense as the high cost of land in Cary and Apex has pushed development to east Raleigh where an affordable land supply with access to major roads and utilities can be found.
Though Suncrest originally planned breaking ground in the Fall of 2023, Buffaloe Reserve is currently under contract with one of America’s largest home builders to purchase the entire property.
