As Director of Finance, Gage is an integral part of Suncrest’s financial infrastructure — supporting projects from initial conception through disposition. His responsibilities span the full project lifecycle: underwriting, budgeting, forecasting, capital calls, and distributions. Gage leads project-level reporting efforts, delivering financial statements and models to investors, and oversees financial modeling, project forecasting, and cash management coordination across the portfolio.

Working closely with leadership, tax advisors, accounting teams, lenders, and capital partners, Gage serves as a connective force across Suncrest’s financial operations. He is also focused on building for the future — documenting and improving internal processes, integrating workflows into accounting systems, and identifying opportunities to enhance operations through emerging technologies, including AI.

Gage holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
