As Director of Capital Markets, Luke leads Suncrest’s capital sourcing efforts across both equity and debt, working alongside leadership to expand the firm’s institutional capital base and ensure every project in the pipeline is matched with the right partner. His focus spans building and maintaining direct relationships with LPs, private equity firms, family offices, and lenders — developing a deep understanding of each partner’s mandate and investment drivers. Luke structures deals to align with the right capital partner, shaping each project’s narrative, return profile, and capital stack to move efficiently from origination to close.

Luke’s path to capital markets is grounded in a strong analytical foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He is also a CFA Level I candidate, having passed the first of three rigorous exams — a reflection of his continued commitment to deepening his investment expertise.
