More than 20 teams and 80 golfers gathered at Saddle Creek Golf Club, in Lewisburg, TN, to support local children and families.

LEWISBURG, TN. — October 1, 2026 — Suncrest, a master developer of residential and mixed-use communities, hosted the Suncrest Homebuilder Charity Golf Tournament on Wednesday, September 30, at Saddle Creek Golf Club. The sold-out event raised $10,000 for the Community Development Center, a nonprofit serving children, families and adults in Lewisburg and across Marshall County, Tennessee.

More than 20 teams and 80 golfers took part, including homebuilders, developers, contractors and industry partners from across Middle Tennessee. Under clear skies, players were among the first to try Saddle Creek’s brand-new TifEagle Bermuda greens, installed ahead of the course’s recent grand re-opening.

Before tee-off, Zonda gave attendees a Middle Tennessee Market Update covering the latest housing trends, the supply pipeline and the economic outlook for the region. The briefing put context around the growth occurring in Lewisburg and Marshall County.

Suncrest presented the $10,000 check to Rachel Rudolf, BS, MA, BCBA, Clinical Coordinator of the Community Development Center’s Children’s Center for Autism. Clint Williams, Director of Economic and Community Development for the City of Lewisburg, also attended.

The tournament was played alongside Baymar, Suncrest’s recently approved and highly anticipated community in Lewisburg, on 147 acres approved and permitted for 421 single-family homesites, including 50 golf course-fronting lots adjacent to Saddle Creek Golf Club. The event brought Suncrest’s builder and industry partners to Lewisburg to see the site, meet the community and invest in local organizations from the start.

“At Suncrest, our mission is rooted in relationships,” said Mike Koch, Managing Partner, Suncrest. “Baymar reflects exactly what we look for: well-located land, strong municipal alignment, and the opportunity to deliver quality housing in a growing Middle Tennessee market with access to utilities, amenities, retail, recreation, healthcare, transportation and employment.

Seeing more than 80 golfers show up for the Community Development Center tells us our partners are as invested in Lewisburg as we are.”
